Too many cranberries!

I had an extra bag of cranberries and decided to make cranberry bread today. However, I was distracted and didn't read that I was only supposed to use one cup of cranberries in the recipe and ended up using the whole bag (12 oz). Now I have this very cranberry-y loaf of bread.

Here's a re-post of the recipe that I use:

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup whole cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 egg
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3/4 cup orange juice

1. Preheat oven to 350ยบ. Grease one 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. Combine the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add the cranberries and chopped nuts, stir to coat with flour.
3. In another bowl, combine the egg, oil, orange juice and grated orange peel. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let bread sit for 10 minutes and then remove from the pan and place on a cooling rack.
